Client Support Associate

As a Client Support Associate at Media Meter Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of the Client Success Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations, documentation, and processes to enhance client services and satisfaction strategies. You will coordinate various internal projects and documents aimed at improving Client Success systems and processes

Key Responsibilities :

Provide assistance to the Client Success Department for day-to-day operations, documentation and processes, client services and satisfaction strategies Coordinate a range of internal projects and documents to improve Client Success systems and processes. Understand all Media Meter Inc. products & services in as complete and in-depth a way as possible. Serve as an intermediary between Customer Success, Business Development, Human Resources and Finance teams Monitoring, reviewing and preparing Client Subscriptions that are due for renewal and ensuring timely action is taken. Responsible for timely Billing Requests, Collection updates, and regular updating of Sales and Pipeline Sheets. Refining renewal strategies that proactively engage with clients in curbing the churn rates
