We are currently looking to grow our Client Support team. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to kick-start their career in the music distribution and technology space. Although this is a junior role, our Client Support team employs people at multiple levels of seniority beyond that, so this position will set you up for growth opportunities.
What You Do:
Work as part of a larger team responsible for the quality of digital releases which are being sent to digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) worldwide
Ensure all client releases comply with the DSP policies and guidelines
Answer client queries within our internal ticketing platform, adhering to team SLA requirements
