About the team
Join the FIS Automated Finance team as a Director of Client Support, to manage our client support team for our Receivables solutions. Our vision for the Automated Finance team is to enable our customers to easily implement and support a robust suite of financial solutions into their office of the CFO, so they can satisfy their customer needs, business goals and differentiate themselves from their competitors.
We provide best-in-class client support management for our clients and operate like an incubated start-up within FIS, with the full support of the company and a mandate to create a world-class delivery organization. This is a fast-paced and fun group that believes strongly in putting forth the best-in-class experience for our customers through robust client success management.
You will be a key leader in our Client Success organization. Beyond this you will help shape the culture and work hand in hand with engagement, operations, and support peers to provide best in class services and experiences to our customers and users.
About the role
As a leader and people manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support resources, interact with client business/IT, operations, and platform owners to support our solutions. You will be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring that the programs stay on track with a keen focus on client excellence and quality of delivery.
What you will be doing
As the Client Support Director, you will manage the Product Support team, and Client Support Managers, within a high-growth business area at FIS. Starting with the GETPAID solution and with room for an expanded product remit as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
• Client relationship management, leading client success and managing escalations skilfully through to close
• Management of client day to day support, ensuring our clients solutions run smoothly
• Responsibility for overall customer health, partnering with clients on future needs, and offering strategic direction and advice
• Assess risk, and manage activities affecting the production environment, with clear communication to our clients
• Manage the team, supporting career growth and achievement of organisational goals, along with annual performance reviews
What you bring
• Demonstrated customer-focused leadership ability
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels of the organization or that of clients, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Strong technical knowledge across, software solutions, banking applications, and operating systems
• Proven experience managing and building successful teams
