Who we are looking for
As a member of the Banking Services team you will manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applications while following controls and guidelines that are routinely reviewed and updated. Act as security administrator for several products; regularly interact with various vendors to troubleshoot issues, discuss upgrades, etc. Become a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns. The team is based in Quincy Massachusetts.

What you will be responsible for
As a Senior Associate you will
Manage the implementation and maintenance activities for several banking applicationsBecome a Subject Matter Expert on the applications and processes the Banking Services team owns; including a new application currently being deployedIdentify risk items, timely escalate to management with effective communication, write up official reporting, agree action plans and accountable for implementationCollaborate with internal and external customers to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issuesSupport the accountability for client quality of service and team work accuracy in support of those clientsCollaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issuesSupport strong communications with internal and external clientsSupport and research inquires related to internal and external vendor/client requests.Drive effective collaboration and networking with other teams locally, regional and globallyProvide training and support to team membersAs requires, take responsibility for operational tasks (Fed extensions, weekend testing, risk sensing reporting, ad-hoc queries)What we value

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $84,760 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
