WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nLeadership of the program management function in Service Logistics\nEnsure customer satisfaction, revenue stability and expansion\nEnsure customer needs are met through changes in the products and service offerings of Service Logistics\nEnsure successful global/regional contract renewals\nDevelop a close and constructive working relationship with key customers to align on the strategic services roadmap\nProvide operations solutions for the customers and develop as the customer needs change\nExceed expectations of our customers, simplify their lives and enable their success as a top priority\nDrive strong Regional cross-functional partnerships with all counterparts supporting Service Logistics\nSupport the contract renewal process with a long term development strategy for SL\nDrive consultation with the commercial team and billing team at global and regional level to progress on profit improvement and service extension opportunities\nDeliver a best in class customer capability by continually improving and standardizing our core processes across customers\nDrive standardization of the SL business processes through project management standards\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nExperience in supply chain, warehousing, and transport, with a focus on express, same-day, and transportation services - desirable\nProven track record in program management \nAccount Development experience - desirable\nCustomer facing experience\nExperience working cross divisionally, fostering partnerships to achieve strategic goals.\nExperience in delivering complex projects and programs, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in an international logistics environment, specifically in program management or sales roles - desirable\n\n
