Target Range:

About This Job
Seeking an eager, self-motivated candidate to fill the Client Service role in our FiduciaryServices division. The candidate would join the Fiduciary Operations team dedicated to
fulfilling the directives and initiatives proposed by Axos Bank’s Chief Operating Officer.
The candidate filling this role will work very closely with the VP, Operations Manager to
handle incoming calls and emails from Fiduciary Operations’ clients. The candidate should
be extremely well rounded and have moderate understanding of computer related
hardware. The candidate should have good verbal communication skills, as well and
common-sense best practices
Qualifications:
Answer incoming telephone calls to deliver service and supportGather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptomsResearch required information using available resourcesAccurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated softwareFollow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessaryStay current with system information, changes, and updatesPreferred:
Experience working in an office environment preferred, new grads consideredExperience researching complex problems and arriving at a viable solutionExperience in the financial services / banking industryBasic knowledge and understanding of banking, including general regulatory and accounting guidelinesBasic computer troubleshooting skillsRequirements:
