Job DescriptionTo support the Customer Service Manager Pre-Despatch, developing and supervising the Client Support Team to ensure they are offering outstanding customer service in a fast paced working environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated facility for all Client needs.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:30
Salary: £30,904 per annum
Key Duties of a Client Support Supervisor Include:
Ensuring staff are adequately trained in their role & training records are maintained.Managing time & attendance system in the absence of the Client Control Manager, ensuring adequate cover across all shifts.Ensuring all client queries dealt with by Client Support are managed in a timely & professional manner.Ensuring client reports are accurate & communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes.Ensuring all client non conformances are recorded & fed back to the customer & corrective action is taken.Supporting ‘Investors in Excellence’ initiative by examining internal & external processes, with a view to driving improvement throughout the business.Ensuring all ISO requirements are fully satisfied & compiled with.Supporting the Client Support Manager in the implementation of new policies & procedures.Supporting the smooth implementation of new clients into the business and ensure all staff are fully trained and briefed.QualificationsAttention to detail/ accuracy.Planning & organising skills, high level of numeracy.Negotiating skills, ability to influence & steer.Ability to work without direct supervision.Methodical approach to work/ training.Conscientious & reliable.Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.Ability to work efficiently & accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.Able to work as part of a team or individually.Able to work effectively & communicate to the correct level.Be professional, approachable & helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operationAdditional InformationAs part of our drive to make Culina Logistics a great place to work.
