Client Systems Analyst
Responsibilities The Client Systems Analyst maintains the lifecycle of moderately complex to complex technology solutions. Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and maintains client systems. This includes client systems hardware, peripherals, supported applications and operating system software. Client Systems Analysts provide technical analysis, assessment, research, and testing of end user technologies. The role provides support for issues escalated and for those related to systems they maintain. Client Systems Analysts provide and/or assist with problem resolution related to systems they integrate with or maintain directly. The role includes administrative, operational, and project management related responsibilities. Maintain corporate client system technology solutions. Development of and implementation of corporate client system technology solutions. Design for corporate client system technology solutions. Qualifications Required Qualifications: BA in computer science, information systems or related field or 6 years of related work experience 0-2 years of enterprise desktop, end user device configuration, installation, and deployment experience with tools like ZENworks, Intune, Azure, SCCM, M365. Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively across business and technology to ensure work is executed timely Demonstrated knowledge of security and compliance best practice. Demonstrated knowledge of software distribution systems, methods, and techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of software distribution systems (i.e., ZENworks, Intune, Azure, SCCM, M365.) Project Management Certifications i.e. (PMP),(CAPM) or Agile Scrum Master Certification Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (or equivalent work experience) CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) Overview The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
