Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Deployment Technician to add to our growing Client Operations team. You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of IT related tasks throughout the diverse Sweetwater enterprise. This work includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and a variety of iOS/mobile devices. This is fast paced position that requires a candidate with amazing customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Job Responsibilities

Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devicesMaintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi’s, Chrome-boxes, etc.Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues

Qualifications

Great customer-facing communications skills; in person, on the phone and via email.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and driveStrong personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution skillsPassionate about electronics and consumer productsBasic understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skillsMicrosoft Windows Competency and experience with Active Directory (preferred)You are the kind of person who tries to improve whatever crosses your wayYou are handy, are not afraid of building and changing things
