Client Technical Trainer I

A key point of contact for accounts to reach out to for support with their subscription, ICIS solutions and services or other relevant queries, taking care of existing users, key point of contact – supporting subscriptions High value, high quality engagement with customers throughout the subscription cycle which maintains customer satisfaction, engagement and loyaltyProvide training on ICIS solutions where required, including onboarding new users, and thus supporting customers to achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services, making them an effective and integral part of users’ workflowAnalyze usage data and utilize your findings to deliver impactful and valuable engagementsManage upsell and growth opportunities with accounts within your portfolio when they arise, following the ICIS value based sales approach

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience or other customer-facing rolesCurious and courageous: Curious about everything, willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo in order to provide better customer and business outcomes.Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others and our customers.Able to effectively communicate and influence across global locations and teams, listening and challenging collaboratively.Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceGood knowledge of Microsoft Office
