Key Responsibilities
Acts as a global single point of contact for Client Executive teams in relation to Site Administration/Maintenance requests.Interacts and coordinates directly Client Executives and multiple CWT teams.Completes a wide range of tasks and has specialized administration knowledge in Concur, Cytric, GetThere, KDS, Deem, STO, Zillious, Traveldoo and Zeno.Provides timely acknowledgment and solution for site administration/maintenance requests.Manages and accurately documents requests via online request management tool.Consistently responds to Client Executive inquiries within SLA targets.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredFluent in location-required language(s) and proficiency in EnglishOnline Booking Tool certified trainingCWT Tools knowledgeGDS experienceGood travel industry knowledgeAbility to handle complex maintenance requests in OBT's.Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.Ability to work independently and set expectations in order to effectively manage workflow.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalQualifications
