**The Role**
We are currently looking for a **Client Unit Leader** for the **Telco / Tech Industry** team that is comprised of customer partners passionate about customer collaboration and generating potential opportunities and on contracting work with clients in the Nordics and Baltics.

**Role Profile:**
As our new Client Unit Leader we are looking for a dynamic individual who can revolutionize sales leadership, relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. In this role, you'll have the power to work with and through your team to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
This is a role with Growth in focus. You and your team are at the forefront of driving proactive innovative business opportunities, co-created with customers and partners. Your focus is selling new offerings, minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our customer partnerships continue to flourish and thrive.
You are expected to be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge business development strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you will build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
Collaboration is key, you will work closely with other Client Unit Leaders, Consult Partners, Alliances and Delivery partners to ensure a seamless business management process. Together, you will execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.
We expect you to have an industry expertise in the Telecommunications industry. With your deep knowledge of external best practices, you understand how they can impact our customers. By staying ahead of the curve, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.
As an owner of the Client Units P&L, you will take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients are satisfied and successful while we at the same time are profitable. Integrity is at the core of everything you do, and you are expected to go above and beyond to ensure compliance and maintain a stellar reputation.

+ 5+ years experience running account P&L
+ Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
+ 10 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
+ Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
+ Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
+ Sales experience in technical solutions
+ Preferred Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
As this role is dedicated to supporting our customers in the Nordics & Baltics, a valid work permission is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
This role is part of the Nordics & Baltics Executive Leadership team. Preferred location is Denmark but we are searching for the right person, with the right industry knowledge, ambitions, skill and network in Telco / Tech. A base in the Nordics / Baltics is a must.
