SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm\n

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \n
Responsible for the efficient management of provider templating, scheduling, and patient empanelment. Ensures schedule utilization, through data collection, evaluation, and the reporting of information.\n
Provides training, support, and oversight of Clinic Administration Specialist duties, assuring alignment with standard operating procedures, and meeting defined timelines. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment, and champions continuous quality improvement. \n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or a minimum three (3) years' relevant experience in a health care setting that is related to the duties and responsibilities specified, including demonstrated experience in clinic schedule management. \nMicrosoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and use sound judgment. \nAble to set priorities, be organized and be a self-starter.\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nFive+ (5+) years' experience in a clinical administrative function.\nExperience with data reporting platforms, manipulation, and visualization\nDevelopment of dashboards and data reports.\nIn-depth knowledge, and understanding, of the standard operations of a healthcare practice. \n\n
