Kapi'olani Medical Specialists (KMS) is a specialty physician group dedicated to caring for Hawai'i's women and children through excellence in academics, physician training, medical research and clinical care. Pediatric Cardiology cares for patients with congenital or acquired cardiac and cardiovascular abnormalities. The scope of conditions cared for by Pediatric Cardiologists is broad and includes congenital heart defects, heart muscle disorders, rhythm disturbances, hypertension, and other systemic disorders affecting the cardiovascular system. You could gain valuable first-hand clinical operations and health care experience as a Clinic Assistant. In this role you would perform routine tasks ranging from monitoring supplies to administering health care to patients of all ages to supporting departmental staff.
