Overview:
As a Clinical Director Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will be managing the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Davenport. With the support of experienced administration, you will be providing outstanding one-on-one patient care, as well as supervising both clinical and office staff and ensuring all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team as a full time, part time, or PRN Physical Therapist. While we value leadership for long-term growth, we embrace dedicated clinicians at every stage of their career Journey!
Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsReview the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment requiredProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
What You Have:
Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.Current state of Iowa license and CPR certificationAbility to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learnAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
