Responsibilities Current state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.Responsible for management of clinic operations, overall patient, and employee satisfaction as well as evaluation and treatment of patientsOversees clinic staff consisting of another PT and a front office Care Coordinator and coordinates staff vacations, coverage, staff scheduling, and staff management.Responsible for financial/fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statementsDevelop relationships with existing/potential referring physicians.Ability to lead a clinic, its staff and build relationships with surrounding referral sources and community.Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skillsDesire to be a part of a team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning.Truly enjoys the work of helping others, in an environment that is fun and rewarding. QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills for Clinic Director (Physical Therapist):
Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferredUnrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable State of employmentThree plus years experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferredCompletion of or enrollment in residency training preferredClinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
