Salary Range: $90,000 – 100,000 DOE + Profit Sharing

We are seeking a Clinic Director passionate about mentorship and growth to join our Sterling Heights, MI team. We offer diverse specialized services, including Balance/LSVT, Laser Therapy, Good Health 30 Programming, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Running Performance, Sports Rehabilitation, and Workers/Industrial Rehabilitation. Plymouth PT’s strong patient population further defines its reputation for delivering effective, personalized healthcare solutions. 

 

Responsibilities

Assesses patients and develops and initiates treatment plans based on the evaluation results.Review the Physician's referral (Prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required.Provides direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines.Documents findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.Completes a written plan of care, develops goals based on evaluation findings, and develops a comprehensive program to attain goals.Implements physical therapy treatment program and provides essential physical therapy treatments.Communicates effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.Oversee all assistant, technician, and student job assignments/activities.

 

Requirements

Must possess a Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent state of Michigan license or ability to obtain Michigan license and CPR certification.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience in outpatient clinics, special certifications (OCS, CSCS, etc.) are welcome and familiar with the electronic medical record (EMR) systemProficient with basic computer operations, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suiteBilingual (English & Spanish) abilities are a plusPossesses basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office.
