Franciscan Medical Clinic - Port Orchard, a part of Franciscan Medical Group and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is Seeking a Compassionate full time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.Assist with patient clinic visits, taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and preparing patients for exams.Perform or assist with patient care procedures, diagnostic tests, and clinical procedures within the scope of LPN licensure.Administer medications per written provider orders and track medication usage.Document patient care interactions and procedures in the electronic medical record.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.One year of LPN work experience in a clinic setting OR two years of acute care LPN work experience preferred.Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Commitment to providing patient-centered care.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
