Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Clinic LVN/LPN for an assignment in San Francisco, CA!
LVN Center – Clinic LVN – Direct Placement (837226)
Location: San Francisco
Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. After the first 6 months, LVNs are put into a weekend/ PM pool in which they are trained for coverage for a Saturday, Sunday, or PM (2 pm – 10 pm) shift around every 3 weeks.
Job description: Under the administrative supervision of the Program/Center Manager, the clinical direction of a Center RN, and the clinical supervision of the associate nurse manager, the Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct nursing services to On Lok participants.
Primary tasks: Medication administration, same day triage, medication care coordination, medication processing, EHR navigation.
Required: Untarnished licensed vocational nurse license. BLS certification. (Open to new grad LVNs depending on experience).
Preferred: Chinese/ Cantonese (patient population of the center is largely monolingual Chinese-Cantonese speaking).
Salary: $39.00 per hour. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates’ qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
