As a **Clinic P** **at** **ient Access & Scheduling Representative** , you'll handle everything from check-in and scheduling to insurance verification and patient flow. You’ll also lead by example—training new staff, improving processes, and helping keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently. **What You’ll Do** + Welcome and check in patients, gather and verify demographic and insurance info + Schedule and maximize clinic appointments (target: 90%+ schedule utilization) + Verify insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial) and explain coverage to patients + Collect co-pays and reconcile payments accurately + Support billing and documentation processes + Provide top-notch service via phone and in person + Mentor new team members and assist with training and special projects **Why You’ll Love It Here** You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team where quality, compassion, and service are more than just buzzwords.
