Responsibilities + Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis for inpatients and outpatients. + Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic support. + Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care. + Engage in patient and family education to enhance understanding of treatment plans and support recovery. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
