Located at 15 Corporate Drive in Pembroke, our call center team is an integral part of a large multispecialty Ambulatory Practice with multiple locations across the South Shore. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to putting patient care first. Our dedicated team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff, all working together to provide prompt, expert, and compassionate care. Whether addressing general health maintenance or managing complex medical conditions, we prioritize each patient’s well-being.
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Call Center Representative to join our team! The ideal schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role, the Call Center Representative will support our multidisciplinary team by handling a high volume of inbound calls, averaging approximately 60-100 calls per day while providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met in an efficient and timely manner."Key Responsibilities:
