To provide positive customer service for on-site clinic patient registration and check-in for prescheduled
appointments. On site scheduling of follow-up appointments and priority / specialty
evaluations, and scheduling changes within 48 hrs. Assist with flow of patients from check in to
clinical team. Communication with the scheduling center and leadership as indicated for
positive outcomes and customer service. Assist with workflow as needed to process continued
authorizations, clinical certifications, discharges/close episodes, charity applications, ordering
supplies, and other duties as assigned.
