The Lions Children's Hearing and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Clinic provides compassionate, comprehensive care for children and adolescents with ear, nose and throat disorders, as well as conditions that affect the head and neck. In additional to treatment, we provide support, networking, and community resources for children and families who are affected by hearing loss. Our patients benefit from the knowledge, compassion, and innovation that our care providers bring to their work in the clinic. What you will do:

Establishes measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals for patientsImplements nursing protocols based on the treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care for patient. Provides education to patient and caregiver(s)Evaluation of the patient’s status and efficiency of the nursing care and modified care plan as neededHelps provide healthcare access through nurse visits, management of in-basket task (phone messages, MyChart communication, refill requests, results)Provides safe and timely telephonic triage for symptomatic callers, using system approved triage policies and protocols

What you will need:

Current Minnesota RN Licensure and knowledge of specialty areaAssociate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Location: 701 25th Ave S, Floor 2, Minneapolis, MN 55454

Hours: 1.0 FTE (Monday-Friday)
