**DESCRIPTION**
The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the Site Manager to oversee the clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. This role includes staff training, development, and ongoing evaluation of clinical personnel, along with administrative and operational support.
**REQUIREMENTS**
1. **Staff Training & Development:** Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff to maintain compliance and enhance skills. Provide mentorship and support to ensure professional growth and job satisfaction.
2. **Staff Oversight & Evaluation:** Conduct ongoing evaluations of clinical staff performance in collaboration with the Site Manager. Collaborate in performance management, including providing counseling, addressing performance concerns, and assisting in termination decisions when necessary.
3. **Operational Support:** Serve as a clinical float to cover staff absences ensuring continuity of care. Assist with monitoring medical supplies and medications, maintaining adherence to budgetary guidelines.
4. **Recruitment:** Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing and selecting qualified clinical staff. Ensure a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new employees to promote successful integration into the team.
5. **Performance Evaluations:** Support the Site Manager in conducting annual and interim performance reviews for clinical staff. Provide constructive feedback and set actionable goals to improve performance and engagement.
6. **Administrative Duties:** Collaborate in planning and conducting staff meetings and training sessions. Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
7. **Team Collaboration:** Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication. A vital layer of leadership support between the clinical staff and Site Manager to address concerns and implement solutions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Orthopedic Technician, Registered Nurse (as required by the state).
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and act as a clinical resource as needed.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience with staff training and development programs.
+ Familiarity with clinic-specific software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
