An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, a vibrant new partnership delivering substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire from April 2024. Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership is delivered in partnership between Turning Point, Framework and Double Impact. The partnership combines Turning Point’s national experience as an outstanding substance use provider together with Double Impact’s specialism in lived experience and recovery and Framework’s expertise supporting service users with complex issues.

As a Clinical Administrator we offer a starting salary of £22,284 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £23,338 per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).

Role Responsibility

This post will be based within our Admin team. The main responsibilities of this role are generating and distributing prescriptions, dealing with prescription queries and liaising with pharmacies, booking appointments, preparing correspondence to GPs, maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the Clinical Team and the wider service.

As a Clinical Administrator within the service you may be required to cover other administrative roles as necessary, including our reception and front of house duties.

This is a very varied role so you will need to be flexible and adaptable and be willing to take on a variety of roles as no two day will be the same.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a varied workload and provide wide–ranging administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather information and meet deadlines. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and spreadsheets.

You do not necessarily need experience of the substance use sector, but you'll show that you can work best in a team, demonstrating a proven track record in administration preferably within a clinical setting although this is not essential.
