The Clinical Ambulatory Manager will provide oversight of Bloomington Neurology and Neurosurgery Clinic located in the heart of Bloomington, IN. This manager will lead approximately 40 clinical and non-clinical direct reports. They will assist in the vision and execution of this busy clinic’s strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation. Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN). Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
