Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist, Netherlands & Belgium Location: Netherlands Remote – circa 70% travel Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to advise and support Health Care Professionals in hospitals. To generate business for ACT/Temperature Management Solutions and support its commercial development. Essential Job Function + Execute customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Hospital Customers + Identify and exploit opportunities for ZOLL to increase consumable sales + Participate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory Managers + Promote temperature management (IVTM & surface) products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians. Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers’ needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled. + Participates in customer/society education meetings and conventions + Create, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support + Support customers in complaint management in compliance with ZOLL´s own guidelines Required / Preferred Education and Experience: + 2+ years clinical or sales experience (preferably worked in ICU + Experience with resuscitation, neuro, fever (TTM) + Medical device representativ + Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and patholog + Experience teaching and educating medical personnel - ILS/PILS provider, ideally instructor + Fluency in Dutch and English are mandatory (French would be advantageous) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills + Excellent customer service skills, empathy + Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels and functions. + Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines. + Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
