Your role
Philips challenges you to use your superior clinical skills gained as a CT Radiographer/educator to take on this dynamic role that will allow you to work with cutting edge technology daily. Based in Melbourne and working with new and existing customers across Australia, you will focus on our CT product portfolio. Your primary focus will be to support new, and the existing CT install base, provide clinical support and advanced implementation throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship, delivering product presentations and clinical education.
You will work in partnership with Account Managers to assist with pre-sale presentations and demonstrations, right through the sales cycle to installation and post-sale training, applications, and support.
Whether coming from a pure clinical background or having already made the shift into the commercial world, your expertise will be highly valued and is to be specialized in CT. Day-to-day, the role is diverse and challenging and will allow you to continue exercising your clinical expertise whilst taking your customer focus and relationship building skills to the next level.
Your team
You will report to the Business Manager for ANZ and work alongside a team of passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Applications Specialists, all playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our Imaging Business.
More broadly, you will be working as part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders across the business to include Sales and Product Management teams.
You’re the right fit if:
Qualified CT Radiographer with at least 5 years clinical work experience
Ideally, you have experience in presentations and advanced training
Exceptional customer-focused skills and excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results
A willingness to travel across ANZ when required
Desire to be in a commercially focused role, partnering the business with clinical users, forward-thinking education delivery and advanced training.
