Who we are
With 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.
We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.
What you’ll be doing
In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.
This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Complete full psychosocial intake assessment by phone, for individuals with various mental health disorders and provide clear and documented clinical justification for a determined level of care.
Successfully coordinates admissions process and facilitates communication among multidisciplinary team members such as physicians, nurses, dieticians, case managers, discharge planners, etc.
Present ERC Pathlight program information in a comprehensive and welcoming manner.
Collect complete information regarding the inquiry, including clinical, professional collaboration and insurance.
Make referrals or provide resources.
Respond to clinical inquiry calls, emails, and web forms.
Other duties as assigned.
Must Haves
Master’s degree in mental health field is required.
Candidates must have a provisional license or clinical license (LSW, LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc)
Experience with assessments and admissions highly preferred
Ability to work 12-8pm PST

Compensation starting range for the Clinical Assessment Specialist – West Coast role is $67,500 to $81,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
