We are currently looking for passionate, growth-oriented master's level clinical professional for a new full time role as a Clinical Assessor in our Springfield location! The Clinical Assessor is a master’s level clinical professional who will complete an Integrated Assessment and Treatment Plan (IATP) utilizing the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) approved instrument; the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS) Assessment for Medicaid enrolled children under the age of 21 in Illinois. The Clinical Assessor will meet with the individual, parent/guardian face-to-face, by phone, or by video to complete the intake and assessment process.
