The Clinical Care Consultant will contribute via direct communications with patients, internal training, and support of Convatec staff, development of patient support and related material, and partnering with HCP engagement **. The role will focus primarily on Ostomy related products but also support Advance Wound Care and Continence** . **The role is focused on ensuring our patients receive the best-in-class pre & post-surgical support by leveraging the me+ patient support model, which includes, sampling, patient follow up, me+ registration and leveraging me+ assets** . The Clinical Care Consultant is available to provide clinical advice on use of products to patients and health care professionals and provide training on the use of our products. This role will also prepare content for **e-learning platforms, knowledge and training articles. The Clinical Consultant will also play an active role in internal training of Convatec products** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Undertake patient and HCP clinical consultations (virtually) to enhance patient outcomes, measured via various channels including me+ NPS scores. + Support the Customer Care Team when required to ensure continuity of patient support within the patient care continuum model. + Contribute to the compilation of patient and HCP support material to support education and learning outcomes for both HCPs, Patient and Convatec staff members. This includes content for e-platforms and knowledge training articles. + Facilitate product training sessions virtually and face to face with patient support groups, HCPs and within the aged care and community setting to further grow awareness of the Convatec product portfolio. + Utilise Convatec CRM platform according to Convatec guidelines to capture patient data and insights, to facilitate best practice in patient follow up and continuity of care. This will also contribute to the development and enhancement of the patient care model. **Skills & Experience:** + 5+ years’ experience as a Stomal Therapy Nurse. + Continence and wound care experience is preferable. + Ability to communicate clearly and build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A caring and compassionate attitude towards patients is essential. + Demonstrates self-drive and initiative. + Ability to adapt to a busy and constantly evolving environment and prioritise based on customer needs and team workload. + Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment. + Strong drive to follow issues through to completion. + Strong focus on continuous improvement. + High attention to detail. + Demonstrates a mature and calm demeanour, which is maintained when under pressure. + Good judgement and problem solving skills. + Experience with CRM Systems / Databases is an advantage though not essential. + Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) + Ability and motivation to maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of our product range, competitor products and standards of care in the marketplace. + Develops trust through ethical and consistent behaviour. + Supports team members to achieve shared objectives by encouraging collaboration, candor and open sharing of information and expertise.
