The Clinical Care Specialist (CCS) will be responsible for the collection and entry of clinical supporting documents needed to care for our patients, including, but not limited to: laboratory results, signed written orders, assignment of benefits, and ongoing clinical documentation. Provides thorough, accurate and timely responses to requests. Qualifications + High School Diploma/GED + Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. + Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law + Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician + 1+ years pharmacy or other healthcare-related experience preferred. + Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process. + Ability to multitask in a demanding environment. + Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness.
