Clinical Compliance Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a Clinical Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Draper, Utah team.  The Clinical Compliance Coordinator will oversee all levels of student compliance to ensure alignment with university, clinic, and hospital requirements. This role will manage compliance-related tasks across multiple platforms and responsibilities, including on-campus clinics, software systems, and student education. The coordinator will ensure that students meet all necessary requirements for clinical and preceptor placements and will provide ongoing support to students and internal teams to maintain compliance.

WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY:

 Schedule and manage immunization and CPR certification classes for students to meet program and clinical requirementsMonitor and manage student compliance through Complio, including exemptions and upcoming semester requirementsMaintain and monitor compliance for various hospital and regional clinical management portals to ensure students meet placement requirementsConduct compliance education sessions for new students during orientation, emphasizing university and clinical partner expectationsManage eSignature processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of compliance paperworkMonitor, review and manage student compliance tracking software to approve or deny submissions and provide clear communication about compliance outcomesReference university immunization, CPR, and other health-related requirements in student communicationsDevelop and maintain an understanding of policies and procedures relate to clinical compliance and placementAssist students with compliance inquiries and provide clear instructions to meet requirementsParticipate in orientation and other educational opportunities to provide compliance guidanceManage compliance-related data in student registration, scheduling, and clinical experience software systems.Manage personal daily tools and daily calendar with punctuality, preparedness, organization, upkeep (Microsoft 365 applications, Email, Calendar, Desktop, etc.)Self-driven with the willingness to time manage daily tasks and the ability to prioritize based on need of the departmentStays current with Joyce University Training in HRIS Software for employee experience.Entry Level – understanding of Clinical Placement semester timelines, reoccurring processes, tasks, and deadlines through work management platformEntry Level – practicing empathy, forward-thinking, and closed-loop communication with student assistance request (utilizing the student portal as a reference).Entry Level - ability to utilize cloud-based messaging applications to collaborate and communicate with internal cross departments.Entry level student registration, scheduling, and clinical experience software knowledge.Entry Level - understanding file extensions (PDF, CSV, jpeg, DOCX, etc.)Other duties as assigned Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

Required education:  High school diploma

Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred experience:  2-3 years in an Academic Setting
