Provide team supervision, including hiring and performance managementDeliver professional services, including assessment, referral, treatment planning, and discharge planningRepresent the organization positively to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and community agenciesOversee clinical supervision, design treatment protocols, and ensure proper implementationMonitor treatment effectiveness through data-driven progress monitoringPerform behavioral assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans based on evidence-based practicesConduct stakeholder trainings, emphasizing competency-based approachesParticipate in intake and annual clinical evaluation processes, including diagnosing and documenting psychosocial historiesEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Graduate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health-related field, qualifying for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and/or Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensureA minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including directing ABA programs and interventions, is requiredExperience working with developmental disability/mental health populations and training in Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques is preferredAdditional Qualifications:
Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insuranceSuccessful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checkPhysical Requirements:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human bodyRepetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shiftBrightli is on a Mission:
