This role is responsible for initiating, defining, planning, documenting, coordinating, and implementing the execution of all activities within the lifecycle of the project for high priority clinical quality and safety initiatives. The Clinical Coordinator/Project Manager will utilize clinical expertise to coordinate patient care episodes across the care continuum, identify instances of clinical variability, and make appropriate inferences of clinical outcomes to support initiatives around evidence-based practice. The Clinical Coordinator/Project Manager will serve as a clinical content expert on local, state and federal regulations and monitor compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies standards and requirements.
