At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity. Responsibilities The Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical components of BSA Advanced Wound Care. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations of the outpatient wound care clinic. Performs supervisor/managerial tasks and maintains appropriate staffing levels to assure quality patient care for patients with chronic non-healing wounds. Develops, implements and monitors departmental activities. Responsible for patient flow through the clinic. Communicates with other hospital departments, administration and the community. Assists with performance appraisals of employees at AWC. May be asked to assist with corrective action planning if needed. Qualifications Job Requirements: Registered Nurse with current or temporary Texas State license in good standing; if temporary, permanent license applied for. Graduate of Accredited Nursing program Wound Care Certification required CPR certification Preferred Job Requirements: Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience preferred. Prior supervisory and managerial experience preferred.
