Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications.Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data.Utilize visualization tools such as Spotfire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations.Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans.Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience in clinical trials or life sciences industry3+ years’ extensive experience in clinical data programming and Data Visualization using tools such as Python, Spotfire, or similar.Python programming skill is Mandatory.Experience with PySpark, Databricks is preferred.Proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $106,200.00 - $177,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
