As our Clinical Data Entry Specialist for Jack Stephens Heart Institute , you will help ensure the seamless collection, reporting, and storage of patient information, facilitating a secure and accurate medical record system.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong data entry experience with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sourcesEvaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning dataTransform data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree requiredStrong data entry experience Strong spreadsheet skills and experience working with pivot tables.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to manage multiple concurrent activities, and balance priorities to meet changing requirements and commitments.Comfortable working with staff at all levels of the organization.Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive financial and operational information.EPIC EHR experience preferred
