This is an exciting opportunity to support a Lead Clinical Data Manager and develop the CDM skillset under mentorship. In this position, there are opportunities to work directly with clinical experts, in various therapeutic areas, to create and execute clinical research studies and clinical trials, bringing research to the bedside in both pediatrics and adult diseases. Be on the cutting edge of research discoveries in both academia and industry through multi-site translational research. This position requires a person with a strong interest in clinical research who will support a culture of quality and excellent customer service. Autonomy, creativity, and critical thinking skills are strongly encouraged. Clinical Data Managers support the Lead Clinical Data Manager through study tasks such as issuing and resolving queries, testing and reviewing data validation checks, creating DMP documents, and other study related activities as assigned. It provides the employee the opportunity to master the systems and processes used in clinical data management, and gain an in-depth understanding of the purpose of each as it relates to the goals of the overall study team. Employees are expected to gain expertise in each area of responsibility of the clinical data manager. As the employee gains experience the amount of supervision and oversight required to produce a quality deliverable should decrease. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, a related subject, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Clinical data management and/or clinical research experience is preferred but not required. Must be proficient in desktop office applications, and possess the ability to learn new software applications and skills in a dynamic work environment. Must be organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
