The Clinical Development Leader will provide leadership to the Clinical Operations team by creating a framework of educational services that promote the growth, development and competency to successfully implement and educate our customers on all of the Baxter Care & Connectivity Solutions products. This position will also be responsible for working closely with R&D, product, marketing and sales to remain current on all Care & Connectivity Solutions product offerings in order to successfully implement to both our internal and external customers.

What You'll Be Doing:Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the entire Baxter Care & Connectivity Solutions product portfolioServes as a core services team member on new product and software releasesIdentifies and educates on essential product and software related competencies for all Clinical Operations team members to maintain relevant and up to date product knowledgeDevelops and maintains learning materials and manage delivery and access of materials in BaxU for Baxter Clinical Operations and customer Learning Management SystemsUtilizes the ADPIE methodology for the staff development programConsults on the development and maintenance of training materials with R&D, Marketing, and Product ManagementWorks closely with R&D, Marketing and Product to develop and validate clinical workflows for Care & Connectivity Solutions productsProvides onsite and remote education services to our internal services teams and our customersDevelops, updates and delivers training for Clinical Operations orientation and provide continuous education for all of Clinical OperationsServes as liaison to the upgrades team for clinically applicable customer support during the upgrade processDelivers onsite Clinical services for limited and generally available product releasesConsults and serves as a liaison to Clinical Operations Specialists with a focus on connectivity projects that have multiple Care & Connectivity Solutions

What You'll Bring:Licensed Registered Nurse3+ years of Acute Care nursing experienceBSN or MSN preferred but not requiredStaff education and development preferred but not requiredDeep Care & Connectivity Solutions product knowledgeExperience with education and deploying Baxter products to customerPrevious experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate and other Microsoft softwareA passion for education and staff developmentMust possess excellent presentation skillsAbility to work in a team environment that collaborates with multilevel disciplinesAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyMust possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working with cross functional teams and individualsMust possess excellent organizational skills to determine workload prioritiesWilling to travel up to 75%Critical thinking/problem solving. Exercise sound reasoning to assess issues, make decisions, and overcome challenges

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
