Position Summary:  Person in this position will work as part of a collaborative care team and be responsible for providing quality treatment services.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for conducting assessments to determine treatment needs Responsible for providing evidence based therapies Provide quality assurance reviews on a monthly basis Assist staff with program design, development, and implementation Be able to provide both face to face and telehealth methods to conduct individual and group therapy Write and submit required reports into an electronic health record and/or provide appropriate data for administrative and marketing needs Attend and provide professional education classes/workshops to continuously upgrade job skills or promote the image of the agency Respond to all emergency situations that would necessitate intervention Insure or assist in the development of standard operating policies and procedures and oversight the implementation of those policies and procedures Supervises all staff in facility  Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation Other relevant duties as assigned.
