Job Title: Clinical DirectorJob Description Develop, maintain, monitor, and supervise the clinical staff and service delivery of clinical services within assigned group home. Essential Skills + Case management + EMR + Care management + Managed care + Pediatrics + Mental health + Comfortable working with children and families in DCF + Master's degree in health service field + Licensed or licensed eligible within 2 months + ITP goals + Treatment plans + Crisis management Additional Skills & Qualifications + Master’s Degree in health service field required + LICSW, LHMC or other clinical licensed or licensed eligible within 2 months + One year prior supervisory experience + Five years prior clinical experience + Familiar with trauma-informed care + Must have own vehicle and verification of adequate personal auto insurance on the vehicle(s) to be used, including, at minimum, Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000 Work Environment The work environment described here is representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The oldest they have in the program now is 18. The physical environment for this job will be a typical office setting, as well as traveling to individual client homes and community settings. The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexibility needed between 8am-8pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
