Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and enhance the service delivery in our supportive group home environment.

About the Role:

In this leadership position, you will develop, oversee, and support our clinical staff while ensuring our services adhere to the highest standards set by state agencies. You'll have the opportunity to provide weekly supervision to your team and deliver clinical services to a diverse client caseload. Your attentive documentation will help us remain compliant with both contracting and regulatory requirements.

You’ll be instrumental in creating an empowering trauma-informed care system within our group homes. Your insights and expertise will contribute to enriching meetings and training sessions, helping us continuously improve our programs. Collaborating with the Residential Leadership Team, you will help shape policies and monitor outcomes that positively impact our community.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 annually. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support clinical staff and service delivery in the group home.Ensure compliance with state standards and regulations.Provide team supervision and clinical services to your caseload.Oversee clinical training and staff orientation.Develop and implement a trauma-informed care framework.Participate in treatment meetings and training sessions to foster teamwork.Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.Develop policies, reporting systems, and outcome measures in collaboration with leadership.Review and approve critical documentation to maintain compliance.Stay updated on trends in mental health and youth services.Represent our organization professionally at relevant meetings.Maintain necessary professional licenses and certifications.Provide regular on-call support and transportation for clients as needed.

Essential Skills:

Expertise in case management, care management, and EMR systems.Experience in pediatrics and mental health.Experience working with children and families involved with DCF.Master's degree in a health service field and licensed or license-eligible within two months.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum one year of supervisory experience and five years of clinical experience.Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.Own vehicle and sufficient auto insurance coverage.

Work Environment:

This role encompasses a mix of office work, travel to client homes, and community settings, and requires flexibility between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. You will manage a caseload of 8-12 clients, aged 2 to 22.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
