Veterinary Surgeon wanted for a Clinical Director role in Hampstead, London.

We are looking for an inspiring Clinical Director who can help us care for our clients, patients, and associates in Hampstead and be part of the team who lead the strategy and vision for Village Vet London. You may be a Lead Vet or Clinical Director already and now you’re looking to expand or develop your knowledge in a larger hospital. Perhaps you want to be part of a team that utilises the skills of their nurses? You might simply be searching for your next adventure or want to expand the breadth of your leadership skills and influence.
Knowledge of team engagement, finance management, a passion for exceptional client experience and high standards in clinical quality are essential, previous experience in a leadership role would be beneficial and a desire to develop others, lead change and challenge the status quo would be advantageous. Putting people and pets at the heart of your decision making is essential.
You’ll work closely with our dedicated veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, and client care teams to build and deliver the hospital’s vision, supporting the team to have a tangible impact on our mission to make a BETTER WORLD FOR PETS and all those who love them.
If you are passionate about the work you do with pets, have a head for business, and would love to lead an experienced team to grow and develop with a ‘can do’ outlook and a tendency to take everything in your stride, then you might just be the person we need.
The hospital will be moving into an exciting growth phase next year, there is a committed client base and a wide and varied caseload. The facilities are excellent and all modern equipment is in place, and there’s always room to add extra services and toys if desired.
Hours and package
- Full-time role working 4 days per week (same day off each week)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
- No OOH
- Allocated admin time
- Competitive salary up to £85k depending on experience
