The employee will coordinate and support all student related assessments and programs during the clinical years (years three and four) not directly related to their clinical rotations.

Responsibilities Coordinate NBOME COMAT exams and post scoresCoordinate NBOME Level 2 Board examination preparation including: scheduling of COMBANK assessments, scheduling of COMSAE assessments, providing exam approvals, coordinating remediation effortsAssist in coordination and follow up of off-cycle students not currently on rotationsLiaison with TouroCOM Learning Specialist to support students as neededAssign and track all required Aquifer course assignments for all clinical studentsReport all COMAT and Aquifer requirements for grade submissionDistribute and track student Interprofessional Education requirementsAll other clerical tasks as assigned Qualifications Education/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferredKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWell organized and effective time managementAbility to work independently or as a teamProven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone) Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
