As a Clinical Education Operations Leader, you will be supporting Zone Education Manager for Eastern Europe and optimizing the delivery of clinical applications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Training tasks

Scheduling activities of Clinical Education Team.

Supporting other Customer related activities: Timely involvement & ownership of planning of Contact & Care, Dosewatch, Sales/Service Support activities, FMI, CSO & customer hot issues. 

Ensuring that onsite application training is customized & customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction: implementing customer survey process. Analyzing flag detractors, following up on detractor customers and required actions.

Digital training: increasing number of remotely delivered sessions and supporting the Team for Digital Education Solution implementation, in particular Digital Academy for initial Digital Academy Work Orders during Get Ready phase.

Training centers: Managing customers’ classrooms organization

Webinars: Facilitating remote sessions for customers.

Operational tasks

Daily updating MyCustomerTraining platform. This task is the most critical one and involves interactions with all internal (Project, Sales, Service, Customer Service) and external (Customers Distributors) stakeholders.

Driving Backlog Execution.

Ensuring low T&L spending and timely reporting.

Achieving 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions: FVR (timely submission & safeguard quality), Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates and Customer Surveys.

Supporting Clinical Education Specialists to achieve their productivity targets (includes customer-related activities, development and mentoring).

Providing reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality GMs & management.

Tools & Processes

Preparing Internal & External Quality Audits and securing success & ensuring compliance with quality regulations.

Ensuring timely system acceptance & revenue recognition.

Supporting the digitization reporting.

Required Qualifications

Analytics knowledge, 

Project management experience,

Strong oral & written communication skills.

Presentation competencies,

Fluent in English (other languages desirable),
