Clinical Education Specialist MR
Job Description SummaryThe role is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers that have purchased a GE Healthcare MRI products. Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.

Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of MRI product features and benefits.Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare MRI portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users.Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified radiographer or  Master’s Degree in Radiography / Medical Physics / Biomedical Engineer or related with experience working clinically within MRIEasy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the officeSolid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take decisive action to enhance processes and outcomesTeam oriented with a customer satisfaction mindsetAbility to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one timeStrong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)Proficiency in effective communication using the local languageWillingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region and be present at customer sites for 70-80% of the working time (on average annually)Valid driving licenseFluent in EnglishComputer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical background on GE Healthcare technology physics, medical etc. Basic clinical/medical background is also requested.Three or more years of demonstrated clinical scanning skills in MRI modality
