Clinical Educator Position Summary

The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications is required for all Patient Care area Positions.As a member of the care team, Clinical Educator works to provide patient-centered care delivery and is responsible for ambulatory staff education design, coordination, testing, and implementation, including ongoing staff assessments. Demonstrates a knowledge of all clinical competencies and trains appropriately for the patient population (i.e. cultural, age, and psychosocial) being served. Maintains a culture of safety throughout the ambulatory network.

 

Clinical Educator Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, experience in lieu of education may be considered. Clinical degree is preferred. Experience working in a clinical setting is required. Two (2) years of experience working within Healthcare Program Education is required. Experience developing curriculum is preferred. Active American Red Cross BLS Certification required. Clinical Educator Schedule Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.

Salary range: $50,772.80 - $78,707.20  Commensurate with experience
