CLINICAL EDUCATOR - MEDICAL ASSISTANT EDUCATOR
The Clinical Educator - Medical Assistant Educator supports newly hired Medical Assistant Students during their initial new employee orientation and instructs classes, ensuring mastery of skills needed to successfully complete the National Health Career Association Medical Assistant Certification Exam. The Clinical Educator will also assist in the development and implementation of educational programs for both certified and uncertified staff as needed. This position works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to develop and implement additional ambulatory education programs
Clinical Educator - Medical Assistant Educator Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, experience in lieu of education may be considered. Clinical degree is preferred. Experience working in a clinical setting is required. Two (2) years of experience working within Healthcare Program Education is required. Experience developing curriculum is preferred. Active Medical Assistant Certification through National Health Career Association is preferred. Active American Red Cross BLS Certification required. Clinical Educator - Medical Assistant Educator Schedule Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.
